Mr. Stults graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a degree in Economics Management in 1992.  He received his law degree from Capital University Law School in 2001.

Mr. Stults' legal practice is concentrated in the areas of Ohio Workers' Compensation and General Litigation.  Mr. Stults was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2011.  This accomplishment recognizes attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and excellent professional achievement.

Mr. Stults has practiced in the area of Workers' Compensation for over 20 years.  In his Workers' Compensation practice, Mr. Stults routinely advises clients regarding Ohio Workers' Compensation policies and practices, including investigation of injuries.  He aggressively represents large and small business clients at administrative hearings before the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the Ohio Industrial Commission.  He also represents clients in all aspects of Court-litigated Workers' Compenstion actions filed in Ohio Courts of Common Pleas, Ohio Courts of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Ohio.  Mr. Stults' extensive experience in the insurance industry provides him with significant insight and invaluable understanding in the evaluation and negotiation of claims.  Mr. Stults gained this experience prior to his law career as he was a claims adjuster at a large insurance company where he focused on negotiating claims involving bodily injury, homeowners, motorcycle and automobile claims, as well as liability claims.  Due to his extensive experience in this field, Mr. Stults has been invited to speak on numerous occasions and by many organizations regarding upcoming changes and emerging issues regarding Ohio Workers' Compensation law.

In addition to his extensive legal career, Mr. Stults also has experience in both public and private sectors.  From 2005 through 2010, Mr. Stults served on the City of Delaware's Board of Zoning Appeals, acting as Vice Chair of this board from 2008 through 2010.  He was also elected to and served on Delaware County's Central Committee from 2004 through 2010.  He has acted as a judge for the mock trial competition held by the Owl Program hosted by Ohio Wesleyan University.  Mr. Stults also served on the board of Redeem the Day, a nonprofit organization.

In his free time, Mr. Stults has acted as a volunteer soccer coach.  He is actively involved in his church.  Mr. Stults lives in Delaware, Ohio with his wife, a schoolteacher, and their two (2) children.
